Your new Nevaton microphone is covered by a 24-month warranty, valid from the date of purchase by the original end user.
Please retain your proof of purchase, as it must clearly indicate the purchase date and product name.

If, during the warranty period, your microphone develops a defect resulting from faulty materials or workmanship, Nevaton will repair or replace the product—or the defective component—at no cost to you.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Nevaton or your authorized Nevaton dealer and provide your proof of purchase. We will verify the claim and guide you through the next steps.

Our goal is to ensure reliable, long-term performance and full satisfaction with your Nevaton microphone.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by force majeure or unforeseeable external events
  • Improper use, operational errors, or mechanical damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications made by the user or third parties without written approval from Nevaton
  • Defects known to the purchaser at the time of purchase
